ORALITE^® 5821 High Intensity Fleet Marking Grade was especially designed as a reflective film for vehicle safety markings and is removable from painted surfaces by applying heat. The retroreflective system of ORALITE^® 5821 High Intensity Fleet Marking Grade consists of encapsulated catadioptric glass beads which are embedded in a transparent layer of plastic material (corresponds to class RA2, design B, formerly type II) and complies with international specifications of this class such as EN 12899-1 (European Regulation), DIN 67520 and DIN 6171 (Germany), BS 873: Part 6 (Great Britain), NFP 98-520 (France), SN 640878 (Switzerland), ASTM D 4956 (US), JIS Z 9117 (Japan).

Application information for Orafol^® ORALITE^® 5821

For optimum adhesion and performance, the film must be applied to surfaces that are free of dust, dirt and grease. Freshly painted surfaces must be completely dry and cured before applying the ORALITE^® material. The reflective film must be applied under dry conditions only. Prior to application, the compatibility of material and paint should be tested. In accordance with ISO 9001 traceability of our goods is guaranteed by their roll number.
