3M 7610 High Gain Sheets

You will receive a 3M High Gain 7610 high reflection film cut to DIN A4 or DIN A3 format, developed for photoelectric scanning and projection screens in surface inspection.

Dimensions: 210 x 297mm (DIN A4) or 297 x 420 mm (DIN A3)
Colour: silver grey
very highly reflective

Features of the 3M 7610 high High Gain Film:

• very highly reflective
• 0,1mm thick
• very flexible, not stretchable
• can be bonded to: Paper, cardboard, plastic, wood and metal surfaces
• Bonding temperature +15 °C to +22 °C

Instructions for use:

• For projection screens, the surface must be extremely smooth.
• wear clean cotton gloves or clean the film during application
• Do not stretch the film, only apply manually
• Suitable for infrared applications only to a limited extent (the film is not developed for this purpose)

Industrial quality control; e.g. for material testing by photoelectric scanning. The film is applied to the material to be tested.
Surface inspection with projection screens, e.g. of reflective or polished materials for surface defects in quality control.
