Vehicle labelling for advertising purposes
The following reflective films of reflectivity class RA1 are suitable for vehicle labelling:
Orafol® 5600E | - approved according to ECE 104 for vehicle advertising, removable, plottable, max. roll width 123.5 cm, 11 colours- 3M™ 580E | - approved according to ECE 104 for vehicle advertising, non-removable, plottable, max. roll width 122 cm, 11 colours

Vehicle design
The use of reflective tapes of reflectivity class RA3 (e.g. contour markings, highly reflective, microprismatic reflective films) is regulated by UN ECE R48. This regulation states that the use of such marking films is not permitted for vehicles in class M1. This class includes cars and motorhomes. Exceptions are emergency vehicles of the police, fire brigade and rescue services.
Alternatively, reflective tapes of reflectivity class RA1 | can be used. Approval by the TÜV or the police is recommended.
