Signs in the "self-adhesive" version can be applied to smooth, painted and unpainted surfaces. The stickers adhere permanently to the surface and cannot be reused. They can be applied to flat body parts, such as the tailgate, doors or bonnet, as well as to curved areas, e.g. the mudguard.
Examples of the use of permanently adhesive signs and markings:
- For lorries that are constantly on the road in France, especially in urban areas, it makes sense to permanently affix the mandatory "Angles Morts" (blind spot) | signage using self-adhesive signs.
- Due to their durability, self-adhesive vehicle warning markings | are particularly suitable for vehicles with special rights (in accordance with DIN 30710) in order to provide optimum visibility in road traffic in the long term.
- Vehicle warning signs | are signs for vehicles that draw attention to possible dangers or indicate important information for other road users, such as „Achtung! Fahrzeug schwenkt aus“ (Attention! Vehicle swerving) or „Baustellenfahrzeug“ (Roadworks vehicle).
What must be observed when attaching self-adhesive films to vehicles?
