Return conditions for companies

Are you an entrepreneur and not a consumer within the meaning of §13 BGB? Then it is possible for us to take back goods as a gesture of goodwill under the following conditions. 

Please contact us in advance to enquire about taking back goods.

1. right of return:
If we voluntarily take back goods from the customer, this will only be accepted within 14 days of receipt of the goods. 

2. condition of the returns:
Products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. If the goods arrive in a non-saleable condition, a refund is excluded. Damaged goods may be returned to the customer at their expense. If this is not desired, we will dispose of the goods after the expiry of 14 days.

3. return costs:
The customer bears the return costs. 

4. refund process:
We endeavour to process returns quickly and without any problems. After receipt and inspection of the returned products, the value of the goods will be refunded using the original payment method.

5. Exceptions to returns:
Individualised products or custom-made products are excluded from returns.
