Warning markings for concrete blocks

Red and white reflectors for marking concrete blocks (e.g. for mobile installation devices for temporary light signalling systems/traffic lights), concrete barriers or concrete lego blocks

Width: 100 mm
Lengths: 400 mm, 600 mm, 800 mm or 1000 mm
Reflectivity class: RA2/C or RA1/A
Material: ORALITE 5931M (RA2/C), 5431 (RA1/A)
Versions:
self-adhesive or on aluminium composite (3 mm Dibond traffic, without drill holes, for screwing on)
with rounded corners (corner radius R=20 mm)
Colour: red/white (starting with red and ending with red)
Strip width: 200 mm

Both reflective films are weather-resistant and have high scratch and impact resistance. The films are flexible and therefore easy to apply; the self-adhesive version should be applied at a temperature of at least +10° C.

The differences between the reflective films lie in their durability, film thickness and reflective strength:

- Durability 5 years
- Film thickness: 0.30 mm
- Reflectivity class RA2 (highly reflective) with microprismatic construction C, metallised

Properties of Orafol ORALITE 5431 Construction Grade
- Durability 4 years
- Film thickness: 0.09 mm
- Reflectivity class RA1 (slightly reflective) with glass bead structure B
