Superb Retroreflection of the Highest Class for the Long Term

The Orafol® ORALITE® 6910 Brilliant Grade is classified as a film of the RA3 reflectivity class. Only available as prismatic materials (design C), sheetings of this grade provide highest brightness by using total internal reflection. They are used for the production of traffic signs that need to be seen from a long distance (e.g. on motorways) or in brightly illuminated environments. The ORALITE® 6910 Brilliant Grade stands out from other products of that group by having an exceptional service life of 12 years, making the investment in this film cost-efficient.

This outdoor performance is based on the highly weather-resistant acrylate film that covers the layer of air backed microprisms. Due to its smooth surface, this sheeting is perfectly suitable for UV digital and screen printing processing. The self-adhesive film bonds reliably to metallic surfaces, such as aluminium or galvanised steel.

An ID-watermark (‘OR 6910 RA3 CE’) indicates the CE-certification of the ORALITE® 6910. Furthermore, this Orafol® product meets the requirements of the EN 12899-1 and DIN 67520 standards.
