Orafol ORALITE Sheets 5810

• Size: DIN A3 (297 x 420 mm), DIN A4 (210 x 297 mm)
• Reflectivity class: RA2/B
• Colours: white, yellow, orange, red, blue, green
• Application: self-adhesive

The reflective sheet (DIN A4 or DIN A3) is made of Orafol^® ORALITE^® 5810 High Intensity Grade which was originally designed for traffic signs and other traffic control applications. The highly reflective material consists of a structure of encapsulated catadioptric glass beads which is visible as a scale pattern on the film.

Features of Orafol^® ORALITE^® 5810 High Intensity Grade:

• self-adhesive for permanent application
• strong adhesion to metal surfaces such as aluminium and galvanised sheet steel
• weatherproof, excellent corrosion and solvent resistance
• 10 years service life with proper processing
• to be cut with cutter/flatbed plotter
• not stretchable
• edge sealing is recommended
• CE certified, BASt approval (EN 12899-1, DIN 67520 and DIN 6171)

Application Instructions for Orafol^® ORALITE^® 5810 High Intensity Grade:

The self-adhesive reflective material may only be applied dry!
The surface must be free of dust, grease or other impurities that could impair the adhesive strength of the material.
Newly painted surfaces must be fully cured.
Application tests must be carried out with the intended paints to determine compatibility. Batch traceability is possible on the basis of the roll number.
