The Right Sheeting to Produce Long-Lasting Traffic Signs

The Orafol® ORALITE® 5810 High Intensity Grade reflective sheeting combines all necessary properties for the creation of highly reflective and weather resistant traffic signs with a reliable performance during the service life of 10 years. The minimum requirements of the EN 12899-1:2008 standard for RA2 films are exceeded by this film with its retroreflective system of encapsulated catadioptric glass beads (design B). Furthermore, an identification watermark confirms that the ORALITE 5810 is CE-certified.

Other international standards that are met by this reflective sheeting include: BS 873: Part 6 (Great Britain), NFP 98-520 (France), SN 640878 (Switzerland), ASTM D 4956 (United States) and JIS Z 9117 (Japan).

This sheeting is suitable for screen and UV digital printing, as the surface is smooth due to a composition of acrylic film.
