Orafol ORALITE Reflective Tape VC 612

The Orafol ORALITE VC 612 Flexibright was developed as a reflective film for emergency vehicles and also impresses as a reflective tape in other diverse areas of application.

Reflectivity class: RA2/C
Colours: white, yellow, red, green, blue, fluor-yellow, fluor-orange, fluor-lime

Features of ORALITE VC 612 reflective tapes 

• Film thickness: 0.35 - 0.45 mm (depending on colour), flexible, also suitable for curved surfaces
• Bonding should be carried out between 15° and 28° C (material and ambient temperature).
• Durability: 7 years
• Weather-resistant, hard-wearing and UV-resistant

• easy to cut to size
• Suitable for smooth, painted or unpainted surfaces

Possible applications of the reflective tape Orafol ORALITE VC 612 Flexibright
The reflective tape is suitable for various applications:
- Reflective target marks for sensor systems, e.g. light barriers (infrared, red light reflex light barriers), measurement technology and CNC controls
- Markings in outdoor areas, e.g. gate entrances, barriers, bollards, posts
- Bonding on bicycles, trailers, pushchairs

Important notes:
Please note that there may be a deviation in the reflective tape width of +/- 1 mm due to the production process.
A watermark can be seen at regular intervals on the film, which proves the authenticity of the stamp film. Please note that the reflective tape may be cut in such a way that there is no watermark on the film strip in front of you.
The Orafol logo is only printed at larger intervals inside the large roll. It is therefore possible that individual reflective tapes do not have a logo. However, you can recognise the authenticity of the film by its surface structure as shown in the photo.
